McCaul Optimistic About DHS Cyber Reorganization

House Homeland Security Committee chairman Mike McCaul (R-TX) is optimistic Congress will take action on his proposal to reorganize the Department of Homeland Security and replace the National Protection and Programs Directorate with a new stand-alone agency responsible for cybersecurity.
