Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) has called on the Department of Homeland Security to respond to a recent inspector general report highlighting problems with the department's suspension and debarment program. “It’s unacceptable that the Department of Homeland Security has dropped the ball on holding accountable contractors who’ve wasted Missourians’ taxpayer dollars,” McCaskill remarked in a statement.
