Marsh & McLennan Gets Declination for Bribery in Ecuador, Based on its Handling of Case
The DOJ has declined to prosecute Marsh & McLennan Companies' subsidiary Jardine Lloyd Thompson for violations of the FCPA, and will credit the company for $29 million in disgorgement paid to the UK Serious Fraud Office, because of its self-disclosure, proactive cooperation, and remediation.
