Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin received qualified support from members of the House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee, for the agency's plans to scrap previous plans to modernize its electronic health records system, and instead contract with Cerner, the developer of the Department of Defense's system.
