Jury Returns $43 Million Verdict Against Precision Lens

On February 27, a federal jury in Minnesota returned a verdict finding that Precision Lens and co-founder Paul Ehlen violated the Anti-Kickback Statute, and in turn the False Claims Act, by providing kickbacks to doctors to induce them to use their products, resulting in approximately $43 million in single damages.
