“IT Workforce” Category Among Proposed Changes to FITARA Scorecard

In addition to recommendations about several “evolving” categories on the semi-annual FITARA report cards issued by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) is recommending that Congress add a category for “IT workforce”.
