Interim Rule Provides Guidance on Removing Excluded Products from Agency IT

A new interim rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation to provide procedures on  Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act (FASCSA) removal and exclusion orders, which govern the removal of products deemed to be national security threats and the prohibition on offering such products during performance of a contract.
