Industry Awaits Significant Disruption as GSA Works on Contract Takeovers

NextGov/FCW – Industry should brace for significant disruption as the General Services Administration  prepares to absorb nearly all responsibility for acquiring “common goods and services.” GSA is developing plans to take over the management of government-wide contract vehicles at NASA and the National Institutes of Health as part of its initiative to centralize the purchasing of commercial IT products and services across all federal agencies.
