HackerOne’s Services Formally Authorized for Use by Federal Agencies

Ethical hacking company HackerOne is now authorized for use by federal agencies through the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, as a “tailored low-impact software-as-a-service.” HackerOne’sFedRAMP authorization is a significant step for the company, as the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency is pushing agencies to create vulnerability disclosure programs for their public-facing websites.
