Guidance for FAS IDIQ Contractors in Response to the Ultima Court Decision

In light of a recent federal court decision finding the 8(a) rebuttable presumption of social disadvantage unconstitutional, existing 8(a) FAS IDIQ contract holders may be asked to provide additional documentation to establish social disadvantage.
