Government Contracts Associate (2 positions) – Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking two 2nd to 3rd year associates to join the Firm’s rapidly growing Government Contracts practice in our DC and Tysons Corner offices.  The Government Contracts Associates will work closely with partners in providing advice to companies involving all aspects of government contracts, including bid protests, regulatory compliance, investigations, claims, disputes and M&A due diligence.  The ideal candidate will have relevant law firm or federal government experience and have working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, and experience with protests, investigations, claims and disputes.  While not required, experience with export control issues (ITAR/EAR) is a plus.

Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials, as well as strong writing and analytical skills.  Candidates not licensed to practice in Virginia or DC must be willing to take the next available bar exam or be eligible to seek admission without examination.  Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is committed to leadership in attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce of highly talented professionals.
