Government Bears Responsibility When It Encourages Companies to Engage with High-Risk Countries

Mike Koehler of FCPA Professor criticizes some FCPA enforcements which he feels came about as consequences of the government encouraging companies to do business in certain high-risk countries to promote certain political objectives.
