GSA Schedule Debriefing Doesn’t Extend Protest Time Frame, GAO Says

Disappointed offerors may be able to extend the timeline for filing a bid protest by asking the agency for a debriefing, but such an extension may not apply if a procurement is not conducted on the basis of competitive proposals.
