GAO: FDIC Needs to Improve Controls over Financial Systems and Information
In a new report, the Government Accountability Office found that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation had implemented numerous information security controls intended to protect its key financial systems, but needed to take further steps to address weaknesses in access and configuration management controls.
