GAO: DHS Needs to Continue to Advance Initiatives to Protect Federal Systems

In testimony before the House Homeland Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection, Gregory Wilshusen, director of information security issues at the Government Accountability Office, addressed the Department of Homeland Security’s work protecting federal government systems, including its National Cybersecurity Protection System and continuous diagnostics and mitigation program.
