Former University of Chicago Employee Alleges She Was Fired in Retaliation, Files FCA Suit

A former executive administrator at the University of Chicago has filed a False Claims Act complaint alleging she was terminated from her job because of her objection to participating in a scheme to prepare and submit a false and misleading budget that included unlawful use and allocation of federal grant money.
