Former Tribal Official Sentenced to Over 6 Years in Prison for Taking Bribes for Contracts

Frank Charles Grady of Montana—a former elected representative of the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation—has been sentenced to six years and three months in prison for a scheme to take bribes and kickbacks from a contractor providing construction services on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in western North Dakota, which is the remaining territory of the MHA Nation.
