Former Company Owner Sentenced for $13.7 Million ‘Rent-A-Vet’ Scheme

Jeffrey Wilson, the former operator of construction firm Patriot Company Inc., has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for his role in a “rent-a-vet” scheme to fraudulently obtain more than $13.7 million in federal contracts.
