The Justice Department has made several clarifications to its FCPA Corporate Enforcement Policy, concerning language describing how companies can voluntarily disclose possible violations in exchange for leniency, and what information they are expected to share with prosecutors to be eligible for declined prosecution or a discount off any ensuing fines.
