Florida Lab to Pay $1.2 Million for Alleged Kickbacks to Healthcare Providers Ordering Tests
Department of Justice – Genesis Reference Laboratories of Florida has agreed to pay almost $1.2 million to resolve allegations its paid kickbacks to healthcare providers for laboratory testing referrals, and to cooperate with the DOJ's investigation of the other participants.
