Final Rule Implements Mandatory Cyber Incident Reporting for Defense Contractors

The Department of Defense published a final rule implementing mandatory cyber incident reporting requirements for defense contractors and subcontractors who have any agreements with DoD, including contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, other transaction agreements, and any other type of legal agreement.
