Federal Agencies Still Working on Numbers for Fraud in COVID Relief Programs

DOJ inspector general Michael Horowitz told the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee that the eventual total amount of fraud committed in applications for the $5 trillion of spending for pandemic relief will exceed $100 billion, but stressed that he was only guessing.
