Federal Agencies Reacted Unevenly to Equifax Breach

According to a GAO report examining at the Equifax breach, the Department of Homeland Security was largely sidelined during the incident, while federal agencies that rely on some of the same personal information expressed confusion about who was coordinating the government's response.
