Federal Acquisition Regulation: Taxes—Foreign Contracts in Afghanistan

The FAR Council has proposed a new rule to add clauses to the Federal Acquisition Regulations that notify contractors that agreements with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan exempt the United States government, NATO Forces, and their contractors from liability for Afghanistan taxes.
