FCC Publishes New White Paper on Cybersecurity Risk Reduction

The Federal Communications Commission has published a new white paper describing its current portfolio of risk reduction programs and recommending actions to affirmatively reduce cyber risk in a manner that incents competition, protects consumers, and reduces significant national security risks.
