FCC Denies ZTE Petition for Reconsideration of Security Threat Designation

The FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau has denied a petition to reconsider its June 30 order determining that ZTE poses a national security threat to the integrity of communications networks or the communications supply chain.
