FCC Acts on Supply Chain Security and Seeks Input on Secure Networks Act

At the July 16, 2020 Federal Communications Commission Open Meeting, the FCC adopted a Declaratory Ruling and Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in its proceeding on Protecting Against National Security Threats to the Communications Supply Chain Through FCC Programs.
