FBI Director: Feeding DOD’s Cyber Offense Operations Is Crucial to New Strategy

FBI Director Christopher Wray explains that part of the bureau's cybersecurity enforcement strategy is to “impose risk and consequences on cyber adversaries.” That approach may include supplying intelligence to the Department of Defense and intelligence agencies so they can carry out offensive cyber operations against bad actors, as well as law enforcement action or sanctions.
