FBI Cyber Strategy Maximizes Deterrence Through Agency Partnerships

The FBI’s cybersecurity strategy puts it in the middle of a spectrum of authorities: between defensive actors such as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, some aspects of the Defense Department, and private-sector owners of national critical infrastructure; and the offense-focused intelligence community and defense agencies  working to root out malicious actors and deter them from making attacks.
