FAR: Modifications to Cost or Pricing Data Reporting Requirements
The FAR Council is proposing to amend the FAR to implement a section of the NDAA FY 2018 that increases the threshold for requiring certified cost or pricing data from $750,000 to $2 million for contracts entered into after June 30, 2018.
