FAR Final Rule – Policy on Joint Ventures

The FAR Council has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement statutory and regulatory changes regarding joint ventures made by the Small Business Administration in its final rule published in the Federal Register on July 25, 2016, and to clarify that 8(a) joint ventures are not certified into the 8(a) program.
