FAR Council Publishes Interim Rule Banning TikTok on Contractor Devices

Wiley – The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Council published an interim rule implementing the No TikTok on Government Devices Act that was included in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 and addressed in Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M–23–13.
