FAR Council Issues a Final Rule on Inflation Adjustments of Acquisition Thresholds

The FAR Council has issued a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 to make inflation adjustments of statutory acquisition-related thresholds applicable to existing contracts and subcontracts in effect on the date of the adjustment that contain the revised clauses in this rulemaking.
