Ethics Leaders Stresses Importance of Future Generations Adopting ‘Bloodstream Beliefs’

Omaha Business Ethics Alliance founding chairman Robert Bates says it's not enough for executives to adhere to ethical principles; they must coach the next generation of business leaders so they also adopt the same beliefs. Those future leaders must be visionaries, “not only in business but also in ethics, so when we do grow and prosper, it is for the right reasons and with integrity,” Bates remarked during a meeting of the alliance.
