EPA Hit a PFAS Speed Bump at the White House Office of Management and Budget but don’t expect a detour!

Mintz – EPA has been cleared by the White House Office of Management and Budget to list two of the hundreds of chemicals collectively known as PFAS as "hazardous substances" under the Federal Superfund statute.
