DOL Finds Mail Contractors Failed to Pay Required Wages, Benefits

The Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division investigated three mail haulers in northern and central Florida, and has determined that they owed a total of more than $294,000 to 34 employees, in violation of the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act:
