DOJ Grant Funding Memo

Earlier this week DOJ issued its memo to agencies regarding what may constitute unlawful discrimination for Federal funding recipients. Although you may not agree with DOJ’s position on these items, if you receive Federal funds, you still need to know what that position is so that you can be prepared for the questions and risks that come with taking a different position.
