DOJ Announces White Collar Enforcement Priorities

Gibson Dunn – The Department of Justice Criminal Division announced it was “turning a new page” in its approach to white collar and corporate enforcement and issued four foundational guidance documents: a memorandum outlining the new White-Collar Enforcement Plan, an update to the Criminal Division Corporate Enforcement and Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy, an update to the Department of Justice Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot program, and an updated memorandum describing the process for implementing monitorships and selecting monitors.
