DOJ Alleges that Fresenius Vascular Care Billed Government for Unnecessary Procedures

The Department of Justice has filed a complaint alleging that Fresenius Vascular Care performed unnecessary procedures on dialysis patients at nine facilities in downstate New York, and billed Medicare, Medicaid, the Federal Health Benefits Program, and TRICARE for them.
