DoD Updates and Expands List of Chinese Military Companies Operating in US Under Section 1260

DLA Piper – On June 10, 2026, the United States Department of Defense (DoD) published updated lists of entities designated as Chinese military companies under Section 1260H of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), continuing and significantly expanding a process that began in 1999 under prior statutory authority.
