DoD Proposes New Grant and Agreement Regulations for Cost-Type Awards to Nonprofit and Governmental Entities

In the third of six notices of proposed rulemaking updating the Department of Defense’s Grant and Agreement Regulations, DoD proposes to add seven new DoDGARs parts to address the administrative requirements included in general terms and conditions of DoD cost-type grants and cooperative agreements awarded to institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, States, local governments, and Indian tribes.
