DoD Proposes Changes to Other Competitive Procedures
The Department of Defense has issued a proposed rule to amend the DFARS to implement sections of the FY2018 NDAA that expanded the definition of other competitive procedures, and extended the term and increased the dollar value under the contract authority for advanced development of initial or additional prototype units.
