DoD Must Expand Its Mission-Critical Cybersecurity Focus to Include Connected Weapons

Tenable CSO Bob Huber writes about an alarming GAO report from 2018, which revealed that DoD security researchers had gained access to nearly all major weapons systems then in use and under development, due to elementary security failures and – in one case – a system that was so unstable that it was difficult to differentiate between a crash and a breach.
