DoD Issues New Rule for Management of Should-Cost Review Process

DoD has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 to provide for the appropriate use of the should-cost review process of a major weapon system.
