In an effort to implement sections of the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2013, 2016 and 2018 and in response to Congressional pressure to reduce barriers to entry for commercial contractors, DoD published a final rule amending the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement effective January 31, 2018.
