DoD Attempted to Drastically Shorten Bid Protest Deadline at Court of Federal Claims

On April 3, 2018, DoD submitted its legislative proposals to Congress for inclusion in the FY2019 NDAA. Of particular interest to contractors, DoD sought to amend the Tucker Act to impose timeliness rules at the COFC  where no specifical timeliness rules have existed.
