Protest arguing the agency’s requirements were written to favor the awardee’s product and preclude the protester from competing is denied, where the agency had a clear rationale for the product specifications and the protester failed to assert any meaningful challenge to the agency’s explanation; and additional protest grounds are dismissed, where the protester acknowledged that its product did not meet the specifications, and therefore GAO found the protester was not eligible for award and was not an interested party to bring the additional protest grounds.
