DHS Awards Hackers over $125,000 in Bug Bounties

So far in the currently ongoing “Hack DHS” challenge for white-hat hackers, the agency has handed out $125,600 in awards for the discovery of 122 vulnerabilities, including 27 it classified as “critical.” The rates for finding security flaws range from $500 to $5,000, depending on severity.
