DFARS Proposed Rule: Source Restrictions on Auxiliary Ship Components
DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a statute that requires certain auxiliary ship components to be procured from a manufacturer in the national technology and industrial base. Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted on or before November 30, 2020.
