DFARS Final Rule – Requiring Data Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data

DoD has issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 that provides additional requirements relating to the submission of data other than cost or pricing data.
